Welcome to The Lunaria Letter

My dearest reader,

I’ve been toying with the idea of creating a space to express myself more holistically for some time — and if you’re reading this, it means it finally made it out of my Notes app (YAY!).

I’m starting this Substack because I keep finding myself in really good conversations about branding, creativity, and owning a business... with clients, friends, sometimes even my Pilates instructor. And I wanted a place where those conversations could live — a (mostly) weekly love letter from my desk to yours — part personal dispatch, part branding journal, part moodboard.

In case you don’t know me yet, I’m Daniela — brand designer, founder of Lunaria Design Studio, and the human behind these words. (Also, a quintuple Capricorn and Leo rising, iykyk.)

Five years ago, during peak pandemic times, my life changed after going on several psychic readings fresh off a breakup. And while a lot of what I was told would happen did happen, what really changed my life were the people I met — and the people they would eventually introduce me to. A single choice that seemed small at the time took me on the adventure I’ve been living ever since.

Even back then, I had a quiet knowing that life could be more. I would sit at my desk at my last corporate job and wonder, Is this it? After months in therapy and designing brands as a side hustle, I finally quit my job in November 2020 and started Lunaria Design Studio full-time.

Since then, I’ve helped over 70 entrepreneurs bring their visions to life in a way that feels deeply personal, intentional, and soul-led. I believe building a brand isn’t just about aesthetics — it’s about doing the inner work to create something that truly resonates.
And honestly, I try to apply that philosophy to all areas of my life.

I went from heartbroken and pretty lost to living between Spain and New York, working with brands I was already a fan of, and carrying a long list of things to be grateful for every single day — all because, one day, I decided to truly, wholeheartedly choose myself.

And through choosing myself and pursuing my creativity, so many new dreams became clearer. Everything in my life now feels deeply intertwined and connected to every choice I’ve made — and that’s what I hope to share more of here.

This space is for the curious, the creative, and the spiritually tuned-in.
For the ones building something beautiful and intentional.
For the ones who want to be seen.
For the ones who choose themselves and their vision, every single day.
